BULC is a Brand New Purpose Built Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast situated by the Shores of Beautiful Lake Macquarie. We have three Individually Styled and Priced Modern Industrial Suites. All Suites include Luxe En Suites Quality Towels, Bathrobes Hairdryers and Toiletries. Our Bedrooms Offer Plush King Size Beds with Designer Linen, fully equipped Kitchenettes containing Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machines, Kettle Toaster Designer Crockery Glass Wear and Cutlery All Suites are fully Air Conditioned with complimentary WiFi and Netflix. Bradley is a Semi Retired Master Builder and responsible for this magnificent Building. Bradley enjoys Social Bowls, Water Sports and Community Activities and enjoys the camaraderie of his Friends and entertaining.
